This classic Pennsylvania 2 gallon storage jug is impressed with the maker's mark, 2 COWDEN & WILCOX HARRISBURG PA. It is nicely decorated with 3 grapes, tendrils and leaf. The handle ends are also decorated. This jug was made c1865.

12 ¼" tall.

Condition:

Near mint with an interesting original tilt of the spout, done in the making.
