Very elaborately and beautifully decorated 1 gallon storage jar, impressed,
B.C. MILBURN
The entire front of this jar is decorated with a bright cobalt blue floral arrangement in a flower pot. The decoration on the back is also outstanding. The potter's mark is centered on the front above a huge 1 gallon capacity mark. Made c1850 at the Wilkes Street Pottery in Alexandria, Virginia. |
